a. To bring into a closer relationship between the home and the school, such that parents, teachers, and administrators may cooperate for the improvement of the education of children and youth

🍩 THE ZEPTO “HOLE” CLASS CHALLENGE IS HERE! 🍩

We’re challenging every class across all five of ZCSD’s elementary schools to reach 100% parent membership—and every class that reaches 100% will earn a donut party! There is no limit to the number of winning classes, so your child’s class could be one of them!

Here’s how it works:

🍩 Join ZEPTO for just $20.
🍩 Make sure each of your students and their teachers are listed in your membership account.
🍩 Encourage the other families in your class to join!
🍩 Once your class reaches 100% parent membership, the whole class earns a donut party!

Already joined ZEPTO? Thank you! Please log back into your account and double-check that ALL of your students and their correct teachers have been added. This is how we know which classes should receive credit for your membership—especially if you have children in more than one class or school!

Every membership supports ZEPTO’s work throughout all five of ZCSD’s elementary schools. Now, let’s see how many classes can reach 100%! 🍩❤️💙

🏈 Volunteers needed for the upcoming Zachary Elementary School PBIS Tailgate Reward this Thursday, September 3!

There are two shift options—one for third grade and one for fourth grade—and we need 5–6 volunteers per shift. Volunteers will help serve nachos and assist with PE stations.

🌟 Meet Kiley Lindow, one of our Co-Vice Presidents!

Kiley has been involved with ZEPTO for several years, but her connection to our Zachary schools goes back much further! A ZHS graduate and former ZCSD teacher, Kiley first experienced ZEPTO as an educator and now gets to serve our schools as a parent. ❤️💙

Kiley and her husband, Kyle, have been married for 15 years and have four daughters — Shelby (6th), Adley (5th), Emery (5th), and Lettie (3). She loves having the opportunity to support our teachers and make them feel appreciated, with getting to volunteer and see her girls at school as an added bonus! 😊

Her favorite ZEPTO event is Neon Night! 🪩 Dancing the night away with her girls and seeing families throughout our community having fun together makes it extra special.

As both a ZCSD graduate and former teacher, Kiley has a unique appreciation for what makes ZCSD schools so special — parents volunteering, businesses giving back, teachers going the extra mile, and students being celebrated. There is so much good happening in our schools, and she hopes our community continues to see what a gift they are!

This year, Kiley is excited to meet new friends through ZEPTO, celebrate and support our teachers, and watch her girls thrive. We’re so thankful to have her helping lead ZEPTO this year! 🌟

Hi! 👋🏼 I’m Mary David, the 2026–2027 ZEPTO Digital Secretary & Social Media Coordinator.

I have been a ZEPTO member for five years, and this is my fourth year as a board member. My goal as Social Media Coordinator is to share more about ZEPTO, showcase our volunteer efforts, and foster connections among the families, teachers, and staff across all five elementary schools.

My husband, Ryan, and I have two children: Lucas, age 8, who attends ZES, and Emma, age 7, who attends RPE. I was raised in Zachary and graduated from Zachary High School in 2008, and I have loved watching my kids enjoy the same community I grew up in. They stay busy with dance, baseball, and many of the other activities our community has to offer.

I joined ZEPTO to support our dedicated teachers and staff, be actively involved in my kids’ schools, and connect with other moms. Through ZEPTO, I hope to contribute to a positive educational environment for our children while supporting our teachers in every way I can!

🌟 Meet our NES Representatives, Emmaleigh Roth & Jane Nguyen!

Emmaleigh is beginning her fifth year with ZEPTO and second year on the board. She and her husband, Ricky, have been married for nine years and have a busy crew of five — Kaylee (19), Payton (17), Jackson (8), Logan (5), and Ryleigh (1)!

After years of volunteering and seeing firsthand the impact ZEPTO has on our schools and teachers, Emmaleigh knew she wanted to become even more involved. Her favorite ZEPTO event is Neon Night (formerly the Sweetheart Soiree!), and this year she’s especially excited to work alongside Mr. Coats, the NES staff, and all of our amazing parent volunteers. 💙

Jane is starting her second year with ZEPTO and her first year on the board! She and her husband have been together for 10 years, and they have two girls, ages 2 and 5, and a 16-year-old bonus son. Jane works part-time as a hairstylist, but says being a mom is her favorite job. ❤️

She joined ZEPTO to be more involved in her children’s school experience while giving back to the teachers who pour so much into our students. Her favorite part so far? Volunteering during the school day and getting to surprise her daughter by showing up! This year, she’s looking forward to meeting more NES families and making a positive difference for our students and teachers.

Both Emmaleigh and Jane love the way Zachary comes together for our kids, and we’re so thankful to have them representing NES this year! 🌟
