Are you looking for others in our community to run or jog with? Don't worry; no experience is required! We get together for fun, but there are plenty of other benefits that come along with it. We meet in and around Zachary to get our run on! When we get together, there’s a designated course marked for all runners, joggers, and walkers to use, and the courses are generally between 1 and 4 miles. Yo

u never have to go the full distance; go as far as you are comfortable going! These are not races, just fun ways to exercise with friends! The locations of the running courses vary from week to week, but we post them on our Facebook wall prior to each meeting, so stay in touch! They'll be held at places in and around Zachary, so you won't have to drive far! Course maps are available in our "Running Courses" photo album. Please join us! There's no cost to come out and run with our group! You are welcome to join us every time we meet, or any time that it fits into your schedule! See you there!
