We can’t let October (National Disabilities Employment Awareness Month) end without hearing about and celebrating our Program Coordinator and Job Coaches!

💚🧡 Behind Every Opportunity is Someone Who Believes in You!

At OTC, these women are so much more than teachers of job skills. They are encouragers, advocates, problem-solvers, and some of our members’ biggest cheerleaders!

Whether they’re teaching skills at the Transition Center, exploring customized employment opportunities, or working alongside members in the community as they pursue meaningful employment, their mission remains the same: helping every individual recognize their potential and achieve greater independence.

And at the heart of everything they do? RELATIONSHIPS.

We asked our three incredible team members to share their WHY, and their answers are a perfect reflection of the heart behind their work.

✨ Stacey: “My why is watching our members gain confidence as they accomplish their goals and helping each individual recognize their worth and feel proud of who they are.”

✨ Bree: “My why is empowering individuals to discover their strengths, celebrate the small victories, and build the confidence and independence to create a meaningful future.”

✨ Alane: “My why is the unique potential I see in every individual and the opportunity to equip them with the skills and confidence to succeed far beyond what was thought possible.”

These three women bring so much more than knowledge and experience to OTC. They bring compassion, dedication, and a genuine belief in the abilities of every member they serve.

Because meaningful employment starts with meaningful relationships, and we are so thankful to have these three helping our members turn possibilities into opportunities! 🧡💚
