The inaugural PWHL Mentorship Program has officially wrapped up — and the impact has been incredible.
✨ 120 girls across North America
 ✨ 8th–9th grade athletes connected through mentorship, hockey, and mental performance
 ✨ 24 PWHL player mentors showing up with honesty, leadership, and support

This year also included powerful guest speakers and education sessions with , , , .nutritionist , , and more.

From conversations about confidence and resilience to leadership, mindset, nutrition, and navigating the highs and lows of sport — this community became something truly special.

And with the PWHL continuing to grow, we’re just getting started. 💫

Thank you to every mentor, mentee, family, partner, and supporter who helped make this first season possible.
