Vietnam Veterans of America Chapter 1032

Vietnam Veterans of America is representative of all the men and women who served in every branch of the United States Military, in combat and non-combat roles during the Vietnam era. Mission:

Chapter 1032 is an organization comprising primarily Vietnam Era Veterans. We recognize that all veterans in military service during the Vietnam Era were part of a team whether serving in-country or not. As

such there are no second class citizens or ranking order of veterans and how they served. All veterans of the Vietnam Era, regardless of gender or ethnicity, are welcome to join and become active. Chapter 1032 takes on the primarily responsibility in the veteran community of maintaining the memory of VN Era service and of educating the community at large of this period of military service. Chapter 1032 is a benevolent organization that seeks to promote the well being of its members and Vietnam Era veterans at large. Additionally the families of Vietnam Era veterans are recognized as part of our organization with unique needs and interests. Chapter 1032 is a service organization that seeks to become involved in local community projects that are of benefit to the public and promote a positive image of Vietnam Era veterans. Was first established, in York Pennsylvania, by a group of Vietnam Veterans who shared a common vision.
