St. Anthony's Cathedral House of Liturgical Studies St. Anthony prepares students for service, social justice, and ministry in their communions. Anthony formally opened its doors on January 1, 2018.

In October 2018, St. Anthony was authorized as a non-stock, non-profit corporation by the State Corporation Commission to transact business in the Commonwealth. In January 2019, it was also recognized by the U.S. Department of Treasury and the Internal Revenue Service as a tax-exempt non-profit organization (501c3) and as a public charity (509a2): EIN 83-2618926. In February 2022, SCHEV notified S

t. Anthony’s Cathedral House of Liturgical Studies that it is a religious institution exempt from state regulation and oversight in the Commonwealth of Virginia in accordance with 8 VAC 40-31-50 of the Virginia Administration Code.

About Us
St. Anthony House of Liturgical Studies is a non-profit corporation that operates as a religious educational institution. Founded in 2018, our mission is to provide biblical, theological, and liturgical education to prepare students for community service, social justice, and ministry in their respective denominations.

Job Description
We are seeking an enthusiastic and detail-oriented grant writer to join our team. The ideal candidate would be responsible for researching, drafting, and submitting grant proposals and managing/monitoring awarded grants that align with our mission and support our initiatives. This role is crucial in securing the necessary funding to sustain and expand our programs and outreach efforts.

Key Responsibilities
- Research and identify potential grant opportunities from foundations, corporations, and funding agencies.
- Develop and write compelling grant proposals.
- Cooperate with St. Anthony board of directors and other team members to gather information and insights for grant applications.
- Manage funded grants, including monitoring, reporting, and compliance requirements.

Qualifications/Pay
- Proven experience in grant writing, with a record of successful grant awards.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Exceptional sense of teamwork, possessing an ability in cooperation with other group members to achieve fundraising goals and to complete a task in an effective and efficient way.
- Strong research, organizational, and project management abilities.
- Detail-oriented with the ability to meet deadlines and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Pay is 5% of awarded grant amount.
