Fireworks at dark!! Bring your water, lawn chairs and picnic blankets! (Probably bug spray too!) Best places to see the show are at Gaston's Visitor Center Overlook at the Bull Shoals Dam, on the Lakeview side of the Dam at the park, and at the bottom of the Dam. If you have a boat, then anchor out on the lake or park on the White River to get a nice view. The show will begin after dark.
Keep in mind that we expect an increased number of spectators this year and there will be a lot of traffic. Be patient, courteous and understanding. You may have to walk a good ways to get a good place to sit as well. It will be well worth it! We all look forward to seeing the community gather!

Marion County is a beautiful place! Why not cycle through it?! Trail Team Of North Central Arkansas is hosting Gravelocalypse!

GRAVELOCALYPSE is designed to be inclusive while maintaining the “unforgiving” nature of Ozark riding. The organizers have curated four distinct routes to accommodate different skill levels:

21 Miles: Designed as an introductory route for those new to the gravel scene.
37 Miles: A mid-range option for riders ready to test their limits.
55 Miles: An endurance-focused route featuring rewarding scenery.
74 Miles: The ultimate test of grit, stamina, and climbing ability.
Regardless of the distance chosen, participants should prepare for relentless hill climbs. To support riders through these physical demands, TTONCA will provide strategically placed aid stations across all courses to ensure everyone stays fueled and hydrated.
All info can be found on Arkansas Outside website as well as the link to register:

Join TTONCA on Saturday, May 16, for GRAVELOCALYPSE. Experience the rugged beauty of the Ozarks with four route options ranging from 21 to 74 miles.
