An ideal day at the Ohio Renaissance Faire. A photo with the Queen and her court. A photo with a young woman who has collected over 90 wenches for which she's been recognized. And the 5 p.m. medieval music jam, which was marvelous. We spent time with the Templars and I discussed the role of women in the crusades with one of them. Women of wealth helped finance the effort. I dressed as one of them. Beth's large cross led some to call her "sister", but sisters didn't wear red dresses. They belied there ignorance, but we all are still learning.
