We had such an amazing time on Wednesday with The Center for our very first pancake feed!

Success Story Sunday!
Jane entered the Emergency Shelter for Individuals and Families after losing housing. While staying motivated and busy while in shelter, Jane was able to be connected with the community with appropriate resources to help her find employment that considered her disability. Jane now lives in an apartment with her partner! Pathways is excited to see her succeed after all her barriers! Jane has shown resilience and our staff are very proud of her achievements.
