Every year, thousands of parents enter family court hoping to preserve a relationship with their children. What few expect is the profound impact the process can have on their mental health. For many parents, family court is not just a legal battle, it becomes a psychological one. The emotional toll...

False allegations don’t just damage reputations…

They delay justice.

And in family court, delay is everything.

While proceedings drag on, children are left in the care of one parent; giving time for narratives to be shaped, memories to be rewritten, and relationships to be quietly erased.

By the time the truth comes out… the bond is already broken.

And the worst part?

There are often no consequences for the damage done.

Lives are destroyed.

Children are alienated.

And the system moves on.

This has to change.

We will change this! 💪❤️♻️

4.25.2026: today is the second annual International Parental Alienation Awareness Day. Jon and I are just two among more than 22 million loving, protective parents who have been erased from their children’s lives by custodial interference of a co-parent. As a result, it has been 1,475 days since we’ve seen ELM or told her we love her.

To raise awareness, both the Spinnaker Tower in England and the Niagara Falls in Canada/USA will be illuminated with teal lights tonight. “For parents. For children. For truth.” 🩵

4.10.2026: Four years ago today was the last day we saw ELM; the last day we heard her voice; the last day we saw her smile; the last day we gave her a hug; and the last day we told her, “We love you.” This is due solely to the fact that ELM fully believes in her mother’s false accusations against both of us and refuses to have contact or communicate with us.

Jon and I continue to hold hope that one day ELM will understand the truth. One day she will realize that we did everything possible within our means and ability to try to help save her from her actual abuser. Jon and I hold many special memories of the ELM that we both knew for the first twelve years of her life and the loving family and home the three of us built together.

3.31.2026: Four years ago today, our lives changed forever. Jon received an email from ELM's seventh therapist stating that ELM suddenly had a "memory" of being sexually abused by her dad at five years old and she had made a TikTok video about it. We were also informed that Jon's ex-wife had openly discussed these false allegations in therapy numerous times. This therapist never spoke with Jon or requested court documentation regarding these claims. Despite eventually knowing that the allegations against Jon were completely false, over the next 18 months, this therapist worked with ELM "to process what she believed happened and what she thinks she remembers." This resulted in severe emotional and psychological trauma and harm to ELM. To this day, Jon's ex-wife continues to claim that Jon abused ELM. As a result of this psychological abuse, ELM fully believes she is a survivor of sexual abuse that never occurred.
