The Citizens for Escalator Accountability (CEA) are deeply concerned by reports that the Polaris Macy's Escalator has once again entered a period of "temporary maintenance."

This development marks the 14th consecutive quarter in which the escalator has demonstrated an unwavering commitment to not escalating.

We are demanding answers to the following questions!

Our organization remains committed to transparency, accountability, and upward mobility for all shoppers.

We ask the community to remain calm, avoid speculation, and continue using the stairs during this difficult time.
