We are honored to be recognized by the Pennsylvania Department of Drug and Alcohol Programs as the Commonwealth's first faith-based Overdose Prevention Program partner.

This recognition is about more than an achievement, it's about the families we serve, the lives that have been touched, and the hope that continues to grow throughout our community.

Since becoming an overdose prevention partner, we've distributed more than 2,000 doses of naloxone, 600 fentanyl test strips, and 450 xylazine test strips to organizations and individuals across Cumberland and Perry Counties. Every distribution represents an opportunity to save a life and support a family.

As Brenda Iliff shared:
"Addiction impacts entire families. Sara's House of Hope offers compassion, healing, and hope."

We're grateful to stand alongside our community partners in the fight against addiction and committed to continuing our mission of bringing hope, healing, and recovery to every family we serve.

Together, we can save lives. Together, we can bring hope.
