Is it just us, or is this year flying by? 🤯 Welcome October by saying hello to your REFIT friends tonight at 7pm at Gateway Church. We'd love to see you!

Are you nervous about trying dance fitness because you might mess up the moves? Here at REFIT, we believe in "no judgment" zones and "participation over perfection." Even the instructor "freestyles" every now and then (my face always gives it away! 😂) so there's really no reason to skip all the fun... come dance with us tonight!

Interesting weather we've been having this week, huh? No matter what the temperature is 🥵 or if it is raining ⛈️, REFIT is still on! Hope to see you tonight at 7pm!

REFIT®️ tip of the week: bring a water bottle with you to class. Sometimes, when we're having fun, we forget the basics, like how staying hydrated is important during a workout, especially when you sweat. 💦 Just remember to sip what you drip!

Back to school means getting back into a routine. If summer made working out unpredictable, now is a great time to get back on track. We can't wait to see you! 💛

REFIT®️ is more than dance fitness... it's a gathering of friends! Over the almost 9 years that I have been instructing, I have met some of the best people in my classes, some of whom are still faithfully attending every week, and I call them friends. If you long to meet some new people and expand your circle of friends, know that you are welcome here! 💛
