Care4 Breast Cancer 5K Run/Walk Annual 5K Run/Walk that assists uninsured women with breast cancer education, preventative services and screenings in McHenry County, IL.

Family Health Partnership Clinic provides primary health care to those individuals who do not have insurance or who are underinsured. No one is turned away for inability to pay.

The Care4 Breast Cancer 5K is in its 15th year and raises money for uninsured individuals who are in need of breast cancer preventative service, screenings and education.
