Our hearts are full as we look back on a fantastic celebration of our country and community last night at Emricson Park. 🇺🇸🎆

A huge THANK YOU to our volunteers, community donors and business sponsors that helped pay for the display. Additionally, we want to recognize the efforts of the following groups that made the event possible including Mad Bomber Fireworks Productions, Woodstock Fire/Rescue District, Woodstock Police Department, City of Woodstock IL- City Hall, City of Woodstock, IL - Public Works, and Woodstock Recreation.

We're grateful to our promotional partners The Woodstock Independent, Real Woodstock, Woodstock Area Chamber of Commerce & Industry and Naturally McHenry County, Illinois.

Thanks to the food trucks that showed up ready for the show, setting up in the rain, Your Sister's Tomato, Kona Ice of McHenry County, Hempstock Pharms, Kountry Kettle Corn, Tropical Chill Hawaiian Shaved Ice & Ice Cream, and MJ Coffee Bar.

Finally, thank you to the guests that came out to Emricson Park to join in celebration of Independence Day and the 250th anniversary of our country. We look forward to seeing you all again next year!

Today’s the day we’ve been waiting for! We’ll see you at Emricson Park tonight for Woodstock’s fantastic Fourth of July fireworks display.

Please note, if you plan to walk to the park this evening, be mindful of lightning in the area and wait until it has passed before making your way over to Emricson Park.

🎆 Fireworks Weather Update

We're keeping a close eye on the forecast for Saturday evening's fireworks display. At this time, the event is scheduled to proceed as planned.

The City of Woodstock, event organizers, the fireworks company, and the Woodstock Fire/Rescue District will continue monitoring weather conditions. Any decisions regarding the display will be made with public safety, visibility, and the overall event experience in mind.

If changes become necessary, we'll share updates as soon as possible right here on Facebook and on the City's website www.woodstockil.gov

🎆 It's Fireworks Week in Woodstock!

After months of planning, fundraising, and countless volunteer hours, we're just days away from lighting up the sky over Emricson Park once again.

For more than 30 years, this Independence Day tradition has been made possible entirely through the generosity of our community. Every donation, every sponsor, and every volunteer plays a part in making Saturday night's celebration happen.
