We are SO excited to welcome Ryan Rash and the ✨glitter slap✨ to the Show Barn ring at the 2026 Monroe County Fair on Tuesday August 25 and Wednesday August 26!
We’ve already heard rumors of people coming from out of the area to watch Ryan judge at our fair, and we’re excited to give them a Monroe County welcome while showcasing how our 4-H and FFA members do it!
✨ If you haven’t heard of Ryan Rash, his bio is below:
Ryan Rash is from Crockett, Texas, and grew up showing every species of livestock. During his junior show career, he exhibited 13 Grand or Reserve Grand Champion Steers at major livestock shows across the United States.
Rash graduated from Texas A&M University and was a member of the National Champion Intercollegiate Livestock Judging Team. During his collegiate judging career, he placed in the top 10 individuals and top 10 in oral reasons at every contest he entered and was the high-point individual at five contests.
He is a co-star of the Beyond the Ring Podcast and owns and operates SBCC, a cattle company and consulting firm.
Ryan and his family operate a club calf program as well as purebred Charolais and Hereford operations. He has judged every species of livestock at shows ranging from local to major levels across the U.S., in 49 states, Canada, and Mexico.
