I’ve decided to only do blankets of two different sizes, as it’s easier to grab and pack that way!

Gown sized blankets will all be 18inx18in

Cocoons will all be 8inx8in

Keeping blankets to blues, pinks, white, or a soft green/yellow is much appreciated.

I’m currently at a standstill, again.🥴

As I started to make the newborn sized gowns, I realized that I didn’t have any bigger blankets. I started knitting some, but I’ve been battling what I assume is tendinitis for about 2 months now, so knitting takes its toll on me.

I’m also thinking about doing away with all of the different sized blankets, and making the gowns all ine size and smaller ones for the cocoons. I will post an update if I decide to move forward with that and the sizes.

I’m also waiting on more labels to come in, that way I can finish packing up the items that I have completed.

I’ve also secured 4 more partnerships, three with hospitals here in Illinois and one in North Carolina! My goal is to move through everything that I have made up, secure partners and ship items out almost immediately. I’ll keep a small amount of each size on hand for personal deliveries, but other than that I will just be making to ship out.

I came home from work yesterday to find a mountain of supplies. Thank you so much to all who have donated to this mission. My son, Stetson, was helping me with the socks and said, “The babies will love these”. 🥹🫶🏼

This new process is SO MUCH EASIER than what I was doing. I am coming to realize that with how fast I can move through material now, I quickly run out of socks and sympathy cards. Just with what I’ve cut today, I’ll be using 9 pairs of preemie socks, 18 sympathy cards, plus more business cards.

While I’ve ordered more sympathy cards, socks and other small items, these items are listed in the registry pinned to the top of my page and are always needed! It’s a small way to help if you want to help make these packages possible! 🤍
