Norcal Longshots

Two gentelmen at Birds Landing Hunting Preserve ( George Dana and Greg Kunz) started our team in 2007. They recruited and registered the first Longshots and filed the paper work for our non-profit status. Shortly after, they accepted me to help coach. It has been my pleasure to be Head Coach since 2008.

We were and maybe still are the only Sporting Clay only team in California. We Practice once a month,year round. WE pay for the targets with fundraising. We cater to boys and girls 8 to 18 years of age. We have shooters of all abilities, some compete and some to have fun.

We teach firearm Safety ,Responsibility, and Good Sportsmanship. We always leave the club cleaner than we find it. If you have any questions please contact me, Bob Landrum 916-833-1278 or [email protected].
