My makeup artist, Bari, , Stacey James Institute absolutely nailed it. Talent like that speaks for itself.

And my hair… done by my bestie of 20+ years, Elle Salon Erica Einboden. We’ve been through every phase of life together, so having her there for this just meant more.

I didn’t bring home the Mrs. Colorado title this weekend, but I’m walking away proud.

Proud of the work.
Proud of the experience.
And most of all, proud of the name I carry every day, Mrs. Bruce —with David Bruce.

Titles come and go. Character doesn’t.

I still have the honor of serving as Mrs. Woodland Park through the end of July, and I intend to use every bit of that time with purpose.

This community matters to me. The people here matter to me.

Over the next few months, I’ll be hosting a series of small town halls focused on something I care deeply about. Real challenges in . Not assumptions. Not policies on paper. Real stories, real gaps, and real conversations.

I want to hear directly from you. What’s working. What’s not. Where you’ve struggled. Where you’ve been overlooked.

Because the only way we make things better is by listening first.

Thank you to everyone who supported me, encouraged me, and stood beside me through this experience. This isn’t the end of anything. It’s just a continuation of the work.
