Project AMMA Foundation is a tax-exempt organization supporting women recovering from one-off events such as an accident, violent attack or natural disaster, and chronic stress resulting from narcissistic abuse, childhood or intimate partner abuse, bullying, long-term illness or a pandemic such as COVID-19. Resources provided include access to trained mental health professionals; therapists and counselors, online and in-person coaching programs, community services, divorce and co-parenting support and education. Project AMMA looks forward to providing scholarships, speakers, and literary platforms to individuals and organizations committed to women's health & wellness.

Please contact us if you are a professional therapist or counselor offering any of the following. We would love to add you to our provider registry:

• Cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT): A form of talk therapy that changes automatic negative thought patterns
• Trauma-focused CBT: A type of CBT geared toward children, adolescents, and their parents
• Motivational interviewing: A form of psychotherapy that helps patients recover by enhancing their motivation to heal
• Eye movement desensitization reprocessing (EDMR): Therapy that focuses on changing the way memories are stored in the brain to help reduce negative feelings associated with trauma
• Art therapy: Therapy that involves using creativity and self-expression to heal from trauma

Contact us if you offer online or in-person coaching or divorce and co-parenting support for individuals recovering from narcissistic abuse.

We would love to partner with you!
