💙 Now Everyone Has More Opportunities to Belong!

We’re proud to announce that the Gloucester County YMCA is now an approved community vendor through Acumen for individuals who self-direct eligible services through the New Jersey Division of Developmental Disabilities (DDD).

Eligible individuals may be able to use their approved DDD service budgets toward a YMCA membership, opening the door to year-round access to our fitness centers, indoor pool, gymnasium, group fitness classes, swim lessons, and more!

Y-LIFT is 100% strength training—focused on sets, reps, proper form, and progressive strength work, all led by a Certified Strength & Conditioning Coach.

You’ll use a combination of dumbbells, barbells, resistance bands, and bodyweight exercises to train targeted muscle groups and build real strength, stability, and confidence.

Whether you’re brand new to strength training or you’re ready for a structured routine, Y-LIFT is for EVERY fitness level.

As our community gets ready to head BACK TO SCHOOL, we want to take a moment to celebrate some of the amazing people who spend their summers keeping our pool safe, our members smiling, and our camp and aquatics programs running strong.

Our Aquatics Team is made up of some pretty incredible young people—some heading back to high school (even 1 awesome teacher), some returning to college, and others already hard at work on their next chapter.

And we want to show them a little Y LOVE! 🥰
