Thank YOU for recognizing what we already know — a bike can change a kid’s life. 16 young riders at Battle Creek Recreation Center got to feel that freedom for themselves, and that’s everything to us.

This is why we do what we do. Shifting Gears MTB exists to put more kids on bikes and more bikes on trails. Saint Paul, EVERYBODY RIDE!

🌲We’re on the search for a Site Lead Coordinator — a.k.a. the ultimate trail guide, organizer of awesome, and behind-the-scenes hero of our youth mountain bike crew.
🌲Think of it like this: You’re the one helping keep the wheels spinning smoothly — greeting riders, supporting coaches, and making sure every session rolls out with good vibes and high-fives.
🌲No need to be a pro rider — just bring your love for bikes, community, and helping kids discover the magic of dirt, sweat, and big smiles.

Shifting Gears Youth Mountain Bike Club is rolling full speed ahead-
and we need a few more trailblazers!

Do you believe in big grins, muddy tires, and growing confident kids on two wheels? Are you passionate about youth development and the magic of mountain biking?

Our volunteer-powered, nonprofit board is expanding, and we’re looking for two spirited humans to join us as At-Large Board Members.

If your heart does a little wheelie at the thought of building community, supporting coaches, and helping young riders find their flow, we’d love to hear from you!

-What skills, experience, or superpowers you bring
