Starting June 2nd, through the 25th, the Poteau Kiwanis Club will begin offering free swimming lessons at the Twyman Park Pool:
> Tuesdays and Thursdays during this time period
> From 9:00 am to 10:00 am or 10:00 am til 11:00 am
> Limited spots available
> Ages 5 and up

If interested, come by Poteau City Hall and sign up to reserve your child's spot for this limited engagement.

Do to the thunderstorms moving into the area tomorrow, the Kiwanis Little Olympics will be postponed until next Friday, May 1st.

We are grateful for the opportunity to support and invest in our local schools.

President Clay Caughern and Vice President Logan Hayes, along with board members Scott Kempenich, Had Robinson, Jack Armstrong, Lyle Whitworth (not pictured) and Jeff Dodd, were proud to present funding to Poteau Schools. These funds contributed to the purchase of safety padding for the PKMS gym and keyboards for the elementary school—enhancements that will benefit students both in safety and in learning.

Please be in prayer for our local civic organization as we lost our former president Bruce Pipkin this evening. He was a very Godly man, and we know where he is and that he is not suffering anymore. R.I.P., Bruce Pipkin.
