Sacramento Triathlon Club The Sacramento Triathlon Club is the oldest and largest USA Triathlon member club in Sacramento.

STC hosts workouts and has members throughout the greater Sacramento area and many other northern California cities. We have a booth at many local events, with free sponsor products available for members. Finally, STC hosts and works with its sponsors to produce a number of seminars and speakers to benefit and improve member’s training and lifestyle.

IMCA is coming to Sacramento and there are lots of events surrounding the race!!

STC has the honor of hosting this year's Hoppy Hour at Drake's The Barn on Thursday Night, October 15th at 6:30 to 8:00. Come drink a b**r with your fellow athletes, cheer on your club, and answer a few trivia questions.

Bring you club banner or flags and bring your spirit to The Barn.

We are looking forward to hosting all of the IM athletes!!

The Sacramento Triathlon Club is excited to offer a race overview and Q&A session for Ironman California. It will be held online at 7 PM on Tuesday, October 13.

This is a great opportunity to hear from the perspective of veteran and first-timer athletes as well as volunteers and spectators?

Where are the best places to spectate? What should I expect at aid stations? What should I put in my personal needs bag? Join us to find out.

After the overview, our panel will answer your questions.

And this weekend is no exception. STC is hosting an IMCA Swim Course Preview this Saturday. We'll have water safety and loads of tips on how to quickly get through the swim during your race!!

We found this old Transition Towel in the closet the other day. This is from the 2006 Wildflower Triathlon. Yes, the original "Woodstock" of Triathlons!!

If you look closely, you can see what the latest technology of the day was. You couldn't race without your "Polar Heart Rate Monitor" or your "Aqua Sphere Goggles".

Times have changed, but the feeling of racing has not!
