🎣 The Fathers & Sons Fishing Extravaganza was a tremendous success! A heartfelt thank you to all of our partners, volunteers, mentors, and especially the fathers and sons who made this event so meaningful. Your support, participation, and positive energy created an unforgettable experience. Together, we shared more than just a day of fishing we built relationships, created lasting memories, and reinforced the values of patience, preparation, and persistence. Today was truly a blessing.

On behalf of The B Positive Movement Inc Thank you to every father, mentor, mother, volunteer, and young man who made our Fathers & Sons Fishing Experience such a memorable day. Your presence, support, and trust mean more than words can express. Fishing is about much more than catching fish. Today, our young men were reminded of three important principles that apply both on the water and in life:

🎣 Patience – Great things take time. Don’t give up when results don’t come immediately.

🎣 Preparation – Success begins before the first cast. Being prepared creates opportunities.

🎣 Persistence – Keep casting. Keep believing. Even after setbacks, your next opportunity could be just one cast away.

We hope today created lasting memories, strengthened family bonds, and planted seeds that will continue to grow for years to come. Together, we’re not just building better fishermen we’re building our next generation of leaders!

We are on break for the summer but we took time to feed those less fortunate with our Mentees from The BPositive Movement Inc. They did the set-up, serving and clean up. Powerful example of Serving and teaching them the power of giving back. Love these young men!

They’re super excited for our up coming event, Father’s & Sons Fishing Extravaganza! July 18th at Kernersville Lake Park (6408 Old School Valley Rd) from 10am-2pm. Some have never fished before so we are excited to expose them to new things!

One of our mentees who also happens to be my son came to me with a vision. He wanted to start his own trash bin cleaning business, and instead of just talking about it, he decided to take action. We believe in helping young men turn ideas into opportunities. Entrepreneurship teaches responsibility, discipline, customer service, and the value of hard work. We’re proud to support him as he learns what it takes to build something of his own. Please join us in encouraging this young entrepreneur as he takes the first steps toward growing his business. Every successful business starts with a dream, a willingness to learn, and the courage to get started. We’re proud of you, son. Keep working, keep learning, and keep believing in yourself.

Brandon's Pressure Washing Services and The BPositive Movement are proud to partner together to provide young men with more than just mentorship we’re providing opportunity. Through this partnership, our mentees will have the chance to learn the trade of professional pressure washing, gain hands on experience, develop a strong work ethic, and acquire valuable skills that can create future income and career opportunities.
We believe mentorship should extend beyond conversation. It should include exposure, training, accountability, and real world experiences that prepare our youth for success. Together, we’re helping young men build confidence, learn a trade, and understand the value of hard work.

Today I had the esteemed pleasure to witness my mentees graduate from Northeast Guilford Middle School. Each of these young men pushed through challenges, obstacles, and circumstances that could have easily distracted them from their goals. Yet they remained committed, persevered, and reached this important milestone. Watching their growth, maturity, and determination throughout the year has been a privilege. Today is not just a celebration of a graduation it’s a celebration of resilience, character, and the bright futures that lie ahead. Young men, continue to believe in yourselves, stay focused, and never let your circumstances define your potential. This is only the beginning of your journey, and I am proud of each and every one of you. We love you guys!

This event is all about creating meaningful moments between Father’s & Son’s, Uncles & Nephews, Mentors & young men. We’re bringing the community together for a day filled with fishing, fellowship, and teaching valuable life fundamentals that young men can carry with them for years to come. Whether it’s learning patience, responsibility, leadership, or simply spending quality time together, this event is designed to build stronger bonds and positive memories.
