Winsted Lions Club wants to thank all of the blood donors at our blood drive yesterday at Little Red Barn Brewers. You are helping to save lives. We also want to thank the American Red Cross, the Winsted Lions Club members who volunteered and the Little Red Barn for a great venue. Also, congratulations to donor David Huff, who won 2 Yard Goats tickets in our raffle!

The Winsted Lions Club Scholarship committee presented 3 scholarships to high school seniors tonight…2 from the Gilbert School and 1 from Northwestern Regional 7. Congratulations Addyson, Grace and Kylee! The best of luck to all of you on moving forward to the next chapter of your lives.

With heavy hearts the members of the Winsted Lions Club extend our deepest and most sincere condolences to Carrie’s family, friends and the Railway Cafe staff.

Carrie was the best of what it means to be a true community leader and friend.
