Lions Club, Winfield, KS Lions is an international organization which aids in eye and vision health.

We also actively assist our community through scholarships, community projects, and aid to local helping agencies.

At our regular meeting on Wednesday, our presenter was Nicole Diel, a local Eagle Scout. She did a great job explaining her project—a new water fountain at Island Park. This fountain will accommodate water bottles and pets. A wonderful idea! If you’re interested in helping her reach her goal this spring, you can write a check to the City of Winfield and notating in the memo line “Island Park water fountain fund”.
