Su***de Prevention for Farmers
Farmers face incredible stress—financial pressure, isolation, long hours, and uncertainty. They are 3.5 times more likely to die by su***de than the general population.

Behind every farm is a person who may be struggling silently.

🚜 How you can help:
• Check in and ask how they’re doing
• Listen without judgment
• Encourage connection and support
• Remind them they are not alone

From the Ohio Su***de Prevention Foundation

For years, Sol Tsonis lived with anxiety and depression. Today, she’s using her voice to help others feel less alone.☀️

On the latest episode of Voices for Su***de Prevention, Sol shares how she found the right therapy, used medication as a bridge, and redefined self-care as maintenance, not indulgence.

💜 What Is ACSAP? 💜

Adams County Su***de Awareness & Prevention (ACSAP) is a local, community-driven group committed to saving lives, spreading hope, and breaking the stigma around mental health and su***de.

Our mission is simple but powerful:
✨ Raise awareness
✨ Educate our community
✨ Provide support and resources
✨ Create safe spaces for conversations that matter

ACSAP works to ensure that no one in Adams County feels alone in their struggles. We believe mental health matters just as much as physical health, and asking for help is a sign of strength—not weakness.

💜 What We Do:
• Share su***de prevention and mental health resources
• Promote education for youth, families, and adults
• Support community events and awareness campaigns
• Encourage open, honest conversations about mental health
• Help connect people to trusted resources when they need it most

We don’t claim to have all the answers—but we show up, we listen, and we care. Every conversation, every post, every act of awareness can make a difference.

💜 If this helps even one person feel seen, supported, or less alone—then it matters.

You are not alone.
Help is real.
Hope is possible.
