September 12th Troop 20 enjoyed a beautiful, sunny and educational day at Army Scout Day at West Point. From showing their knowledge of first aid, trying some Judo flips with cadets in the Judo club and a fascinating tour of the facilities at West Point. From some of the classrooms, learning a bit of history of West Point and seeing the famous dining hall (yes, it kind of looks like Hogwarts!). Rounding out the time at West point with a football game! Go Army, beat USF!
Spending the night at Camp Bullowa Scout Reservation, just down the road from West Point. In true Troop 20 style it did rain!

We celebrated our Spring Court of Honor in June. We had rank advancements and merit badges awarded to our scouts.
We also celebrated 3 scouts who achieved the rank of Eagle.
We also had the opportunity to Thank the Fusco family who have supported Troop 20 in many different roles over the years.

Wilton Troop 20 Scouts enjoyed a great campout this weekend at Camp Seton in Greenwich. After setting up their campsite, they completed an orienteering course, practiced use of the compass in the field and built a rope bridge across a stream. They enjoyed campfire meals to wrap up the day. All of this while it was raining most of the day. Troop 20 Scouts appreciate that even when conditions are a bit uncomfortable they can still get things done and enjoy time together in the outdoors.
