Please note that the registration deadline is 3/23 for the Monday Night Men’ League. As of right now, we still have 3 spots left for teams in the league!

SUMMARY:
The Monday Night Men’s League is our largest league and is a club-sponsored league. Given the size of the league, we decided to add another 3 weeks to the schedule in 2026 so more teams can play each other. The league kicks off with a practice round which will be hosted on 3/30 and then the next 18 weeks are competitive play to determine the winners. The final round is a playoff between the top placing teams and everybody else goes out in a shotgun start to play a 2 man scramble.

FORMAT:
2 man teams playing in a handicapped, match play format. Each team will have an “A” and “B” player. As each team plays another, the golfers will compete for a total of 20 points (2 points per hole & 2 points for the round). Position rounds are during weeks 7, 13 & 19 and are worth double the points. Each position round marks the end of each “round” which is every 6 weeks. The top placing teams for each 6 week “round” get a portion of the prize fund.

DATES & DURATION:
3/30-8/24 (20 weeks in total, skipping 5/25 & 8/3)

COST:
Members: $30-180
Non-Members: $350-500
*Cost includes golfing fees and a $30 prize fund*

TEE TIMES:
Traditional tee times from 4-6pm. We will narrow down on the window after signups. A custom tee schedule will be emailed in a weekly broadcast.

SIDE GAMES:
There will be an optional weekly skins game and closest to pin challenge.

FINAL ROUND:
The top 4 placing teams will compete for the respective place. The remainder of the league will play a 2 man scramble with a prize fund also going towards the winners of the scramble. Concluding the round, we will provide dinner as we conduct an award ceremony.

Tom will be joined by Dr. Kenneth Vawter, orthopedic surgeon with Beacon Orthopaedics, for a practical conversation about joint pain, when it is time to seek care, and the orthopedic conditions he most often treats in a rural community like ours.

Tune in live on WBZI FM 100.3 or AM 1500 and take a few minutes over lunch to learn something that can help you stay active and moving well.
