You’re invited to our DELREIA Rehab Tour
Saturday, June 27th at 9:00 AM.

We will viewing a multifamily building that was gutted by fire that is owned by Edward Pabian of Pabian Properties. This is a great opportunity see first-hand the challenges of renovating a property damaged by fire. We will return to the property in the coming months to see the renovation progress and then when the property is completed.

During this in-depth walkthrough, we’ll break down the entire project, including:

· How to work with L&I at the city for permits and inspections
· The property’s current condition
· The rehab scope of work
· Acquisition price
· Estimate renovation costs
· Estimated resale value
· Estimated rents

We will be heading back to a New Castle property we saw back in March. At that time, the house was just purchased, and nothing had been done to it. Now the house is completely renovated and on the market.

During this in-depth walkthrough, we’ll break down the entire project, including:

· See house the rehab turned and the choices that were made
· Find out the REAL rehab costs
· Discover the unknown problems that were discovered
