We’re returning to the fire-damaged multifamily property owned by Ed Pabian of Pabian Properties to see the finished renovation of all three units!

We first visited this property in June when the project began, then returned in August to see the progress halfway through the renovation. Now, you’ll have the opportunity to see the finished product and find out how the project turned out.

During this in-depth walkthrough, we’ll compare the original plans and estimates with the actual results, including:
• Scope of Work: What was planned versus what was completed.
• Timeline: Did the project finish on schedule?
• Rehab Costs: Did the renovation come in on budget, or were there unexpected expenses?

We had a great DELREIA Rehab Tour on Saturday at a renovated house in Pike Creek. We discussed the options of selling or keep as a rental portfolio, acquisition costs, rehab costs, after repaired value, and the rehab scope of work.
Sean Haley with Mr Handyhelp https://mrhandyhelp.com reviewed repairs and updates he performed. Ted Wolfer with Red Maple Insurance Groupgave some great insight on how to property insure the property.
