Riverfest 2025 Pageant – It’s a Wrap!
What a ride! The Riverfest 2025 Pageant is officially in the books. It came with its fair share of stress, last-minute scrambles, and yes — a few mistakes. But despite it all, the end result was something truly special.
A huge thank you to the incredible individuals who stepped up from all directions to lend a hand. Whether you were front and center or working tirelessly behind the scenes — decorating, organizing, or simply offering support, your efforts made this pageant shine. We truly could not have done it without you. Your dedication and teamwork spirit brought this vision to life, and we are so grateful.
A heartfelt thank you to our judges and auditor for their professionalism, integrity, and understanding. I truly appreciate your respect for my choice to step back and allow the process to remain fully transparent all for the sake of fairness to our contestants. Your commitment helped ensure that every decision was made with honesty and impartiality. Thank you for helping us uphold the credibility and spirit of the Riverfest 2025 Pageant.
At this time, I would personally like to extend a heartfelt thank you to the incredible Miss Kate White, Miss North Carolina Volunteer 2025. With her commanding presence, Kate stepped in with confidence, took the microphone, and transformed our pageant into a truly polished production. She did not hesitate to offer decorting help, guidance, enthusiasm, photography skills, and unwavering encouragement throughout the event. Kate was as giving as she was gracious, and her presence brought an energy and professionalism that elevated the entire experience. Kate, thank you for your generous spirit and outstanding support — we are truly grateful.
Thank you to our incredible Riverfest Pageant Committee; Candy, Heather, Rachel, and Evelyn. These dedicated women worked alongside me to create something truly memorable and meaningful for both our outgoing Queens and this year’s contestants. When strong women come together with a shared purpose, extraordinary things happen and this pageant is proof of that.
Candy, throughout the chaos, the stress, and yes, even the breakdowns, You stood next to me . Knowing exactly when to step in with a calming word, a steady presence, or that stern look that insisted I take breathe, take it easy and stop snapping. I truly needed that — and I’m so grateful for her quiet strength and constant support.
Pageants are, at their heart, a true community effort. To our community — thank you for showing up, cheering loud, and supporting these remarkable young women. Your presence made the event feel alive and full of pride. To our generous sponsors — thank you for giving our new Riverfest Royalty such a wonderful beginning. Your thoughtful gifts and contributions helped make their crowning moment even more special.
Together, you’ve all played a part in creating an unforgettable experience, and we are deeply grateful.
