📅 November 3: Election Day, 6:30 a.m.–7:30 p.m.

OCTOBER 7, 2023.

Three years ago today, the world witnessed an unspeakable act of terrorism.

Hamas terrorists invaded Israel, murdering innocent men, women, and children and taking hostages from their homes and from a music festival.

Today, we remember those whose lives were stolen, those whose
families were forever changed, and those who endured unimaginable suffering.

But remembering is not enough.

We must have the courage to call terrorism EVIL. We must reject
antisemitism wherever it appears. And we must never confuse those who deliberately target innocent civilians with a nation defending its people.

America has always been strongest when we stand for freedom, defend the innocent, and refuse to appease those who seek to destroy it.

Today we will remember October 7.

We will not look away.

And we will not forget.

What? LeShonda Wallace was endorsed by a FAR-left organization that wants to "co-govern" with her for New Hanover County Commission? Really???

This should put the fear of Almighty God into every voter.

County commissioners are elected to represent the people of New Hanover County, not to share governing authority with activist groups.

Wallace isn't a moderate in any stretch of the imagination. It is fitting that an organization like New Hanover for ALL (Carolina Federation) would endorse her.

They are a far-left, radical extremist group that believes in a collectivist model (remember, "You will own nothing and be happy?"), defunding the police, government control, open borders AND of course . . .

SKY HIGH TAXES for you.

YOU possess the power to keep extremists out of our local government. You MUST vote.

The Trump administration has proposed a rule that would put a private school’s federal tax-exempt status at risk if it uses race-based preferences in scholarships, admissions, or other school programs.

Racial discrimination is wrong, regardless of who benefits or whether a policy is described as “diversity,” “equity,” or “inclusion.” Students deserve a fair opportunity to learn and succeed.

In her recent candidate interview, New Hanover County Commission Chair Pierce for County Commissioner outlined a clear vision for our county:

✅ Manage growth without sacrificing our quality of life
✅ Protect established neighborhoods and homeownership
✅ Invest responsibly in schools, public safety and infrastructure
✅ Safeguard individual privacy
✅ Ensure development occurs only where roads, schools and stormwater systems can support it

Today, we celebrate the signing of the United States Constitution, the foundation of our representative government and the enduring safeguard of our God-given freedoms.

The Constitution begins with three powerful words: “We the People.” They remind us that preserving liberty requires informed, engaged citizens who are willing to stand for truth, uphold our founding principles, and hold elected leaders accountable.

May we never take for granted the freedoms entrusted to us, or our responsibility to protect them for future generations.

Happy Constitution Day! 🇺🇸
