✨ **FND Empowerment Circle Schedule Update Beginning in June** ✨

Based on community feedback and ongoing accessibility improvements, we are making a small update to our monthly FND Empowerment Circle support group schedule beginning in June.

🗓 **New Support Group Schedule:**
• **1st Wednesday of each month – 11:00 AM EST**
• **Last Saturday of each month – 5:30 PM EST**

These updates help us better align with participant availability, improve accessibility across time zones, and continue offering both a weekday morning and weekend evening support option each month.

As always, exact dates and Zoom details will be posted on our website.

Too many are still misdiagnosed.
Too many are still dismissed.
Too many are still fighting to be heard.

That is why awareness matters—today and every day after.
