Over the last several years Randy was always able to receive grants for the Wilmington Youth centers ski program. He wanted to make sure each child was given the opportunity to ski.
With your donations we are able to continue to give that opportunity.
We would like to thank the individuals and businesses who helped fill our 'Get to Know Our Town ' basket;
Dee's, Cole Hull, Mama Tab's, Hollie Aquino (High Falls Gorge tickets), Candyman, Riverside Tavern, Danielle Turnbull (Avon), Adirondack Mountain Coffee, Tina Terry (Color Street), Hometown Deli and Bakery, Lance's Place, Bowlwinkles, Bridget Hinman (Unicorn Square-heirloom ferries), and CountryBear.
Those who purchased and prepared food;
Michelle Hozley, Rose Burns, Dorothy, Alex, Jessica & Brandon Agney, Jami Fournier, Joyce & Charlie Terry, Colin & Erica Loher, Roy & Becky Holzer, Chris & Joan Hozley, Michelle Preston, Sally & Luke Fournier, Emily & Eddie, Will and the CountryBear, U.S. Foods, Pourman's Taphouse, Rudy's Whiteface Chalet, KOA, and the Wilderness. A special thank you to Andrew for allowing us to host and for the use of the kitchen. Alex who took care of making sure the food was served at just the right temperature.
With the help of Patty McConvey Will and Eddie voiced the importance of the program and the impact it has had on them over the years in front of the C*C ( Connecting Youth and Communities- Lake Placid/Wilmington) granting committee board. During the fundraiser Patty McConvey handed the Wilmington Youth Center a check for $500.00. A gift of $2,000.00 from the Town of Wilmington, The Visitors Bureau who donated $1,000.00 and High Peaks Builders of their generous donation of $1,000.00.
Michelle Preston who helped us organize the fundraiser we thank you.

A total of $5,964.00 was raised!

All who made our event a success we thank you!
