New Hanover County Beekeepers Association New Hanover County Beekeepers Association is a civic club based in Wilmington, NC. We're here for all those interested in beekeeping. Won't you join us?

The NHCBA meets on the 3rd Tuesday at Halyburton Park, 7pm, 4099 South 17th St. 28412 in Wilmington, N.C., unless otherwise announced. Our Activities

Swarm Removal - we have members who capture swarms in peoples yards, houses, etc. Communication - our members participate in the Forum, listen in on all the activities, ask questions, get answers. Non-members have access to our Events, Meetings, Sho

ws Bulletin Board. Education - we run a beginner's beekeeping class starting in January, sign up early as the classes fill up fast. Membership - our members share a close camaraderie in the beekeeping community and are able to expand their expertise and knowledge with constant contact. Outreach - we do “outreach” education at schools and clubs where we bring bee products and equipment and do a lecture w/honey tasting.
