Kids with Confidence We assist children without health insurance or those whose coverage doesn't include certain medical procedures. We assist children living in DE, NJ & PA.

Modeled on non-profit medical programs that make surgery available to children with facial deformities in other countries, Kids with Confidence makes donated funds available here in the greater Delaware Valley to help correct physical differences that affect children’s self-esteem and confidence.

Tomorrow is the big day! Join us for the Santa's Helpers 5K at Nemours as we help the big guy by raising funds to support kids so they feel strong and confident in themselves.

This year, in addition to providing financial support to assist with the cost of medical procedures to correct physical differences, Kids with Confidence is helping a student from Padua Academy get a new racing wheelchair as she competes in a sport she loves - track.

Alexis is a sophomore at Padua Academy who has been competing in track with a racing wheelchair since she was in elementary school at St. Ann's. Her track skills are legit - she competed this year at the 2024 Hartford Nationals, and she earned 8(!) PRs. AND she was recently named to the 2024 U.S. Paralympics Track & Field High School All American Team.
