Our shredding event was a resounding success! The community came together with enthusiasm, eager to safely dispose of their old documents and protect their personal information. Rotarians and volunteers worked tirelessly, helping attendees unload boxes of paper and guiding them through the process.

The event not only provided a valuable service but also fostered a sense of camaraderie among neighbors.

By the end of the day, we had shredded an impressive amount of paper, making a significant contribution to recycling efforts and environmental responsibility. We’re grateful to everyone who participated, and we look forward to hosting another event next year to continue supporting our community’s needs.

On April 22, 2026, we had the honor of welcoming John C. Garcia, Sheriff of Erie County, as a guest speaker at the Rotary Club of Williamsville
Sheriff Garcia shared valuable insights on current developments and upcoming initiatives in collaboration with fellow law enforcement agencies. He emphasized that their teams are fully staffed and expressed sincere appreciation for the strong partnerships with his counterparts across the Erie County.
During the meeting, Richard Wojtowicz, President and Assistant Governor of the Rotary Club of Williamsville , presented Sheriff Garcia with our PolioPlus Certificate in recognition of his visit and continued service to the community.
We are grateful for his time, leadership, and dedication to keeping our communities safe.
