America’s 250th Celebration and Military Appreciation Week
Honor 250 years of the United States of America during a patriotic celebration at Busch Gardens Williamsburg from June 29 – July 5. Visitors can enjoy family-friendly fun with Americana-inspired entertainment, specialty food and beverage items and limited-edition merch. Plus, the park will pay tribute to those who serve and have served in the United States Armed Forces with additional discounts and parkwide recognition. In addition to the Skies of Wonder drone show, visitors can enjoy a special fireworks presentation on July 4.

If you are planning on watching the fireworks on the 4th from the Colonial Area, Visit Williamsburg has some parking suggestions for the day.

Before you arrive, make sure you have a parking plan! The Colonial Williamsburg Visitor Center is the most convenient place to park, but spaces fill quickly. Additional parking will be available at William & Mary’s Zable Stadium and William & Mary’s Law School, both just a short walk from the Historic Area.

Need a ride? Complimentary WATA Route 15: Colonial buses will run throughout the day, making it easy to get around and enjoy all the festivities.
