Our upcoming hours are: March 10, March 24, April 14, April 21, May 5 and May 19th from 2:45-4:30 at the Willard Church of God.
We will be assisting with utility bills. Please bring in your ID, paper bill and income verification. You will need to be income eligible and live within the Willard zip code.
You will need your CAC/HEAP award or denial letter until the program closes April 1. If you have not gone to CAC yet this heating season, please do so as that funding goes away in 3 weeks.

There are income restrictions for assistance. City of Willard water assistance available. Electric/Gas assistance only if you have already used HEAP (CAC/Community Action) since Nov.). Bring in ID, income verification, and paper copy of bill. For those income eligible, have not been assisted since October 2024, and in the Willard zip code.
