Scam Alert‼️🚨🛑

It has been brought to my attention that someone is calling around the eastern part of NC selling tickets for an event in Wilmington NC in January to which the proceeds are for the NC Firefighters Burned Children Fund and NC State Firefighters Association. After calling around today, no one seems to know of such event so please if someone calls you selling event tickets please get as much information as you can and then report to us so we can determine this to be for real. I actually called the number that the concerned person provided me, and all I got was an answering service and I requested that they please call me that I was interested in their event. Today, we pause to remember and honor the brave men and women who made the ultimate sacrifice in service to our nation. Their courage, dedication, and love for country will never be forgotten.
Memorial Day is more than a long weekend, it is a reminder of the price that was paid for our freedom, may we never forget the ones who paid that price for our freedom 🇺🇸

Ffbcf Wilkes Chapter would like to say a huge thank you to everyone who came out and showed support for our chapter. A huge thank you to Champion Towing for your generous donation for our bat raffle and congrats to Lee Cothren (pictured with our vice president) for winning the bat raffle and to Rage for winning the championship game. We would also like to extend a huge thank you to each and every person that worked so hard to make this fundraiser a success. Stay tuned for more upcoming events. Let’s play ball!!! Today is the day we have been looking forward to! Come out this afternoon and show your support for the ffbcf Wilkes chapter! We will have our one pitch tournament, bat raffle and a fill the boot drive! There is no admission fee for anyone who would like to come watch and we will also have concessions!! Thank you Champion Towing for the bat donation! Without our sponsors and donations this would not be possible! Come see us and enjoy some softball for a good cause!!
