Join Us Tonight at 6 PM for Recovery Dharma
“Nothing endures but change.” — Heraclitus
Change is constant. In recovery, recognizing impermanence helps loosen the grip of both pain and comfort that no longer serves us. When we stop resisting change, we create space for steadiness, clarity, and deliberate choice. Mindfulness allows us to observe what arises and what passes without being ruled by it.
When: Tonight at 6 PM
Where: Unitarian Universalist Congregation of Wyoming Valley, 20 Church Rd, Wyoming, PA 18644
Open to anyone seeking a mindful path to recovery
Our meetings include guided meditation, reflection, and discussion grounded in Buddhist principles and trauma-informed care. You do not need prior experience with meditation or recovery programs to attend.
