Run for the Red 5K - The Race to Save Lives

Run for the Red 5K - The Race to Save Lives Save the Date for Saturday, March 31, 2012 at 10:30 and Race to Save Lives!! Race to save lives! Registration begins at 9:00 a.m.

at the Northeastern Regional Blood Center in the Hanover Industrial Park (29 New Commerce Blvd., Hanover Twp., PA 18706). Participants may preregister individually for $15 dollars or $20 dollars the day of the race. There will be a post-race party with live music by Velveteen where the top finishers will be award. If you have any other questions, feel free to post on the wall or contact Amy George, the race director, listed below.

I want to thank all the volunteers that helped with the Run for the Red 5K. Without you, it would have been total chaos. Thank you to all the runners, walkers and especially our sponsors! Considering the weather it was a good turn out....Looking forward to doing it again next year! A heart felt thank you :)

Hey everyone! The Wyoming Valley Chapter/ Red Cross is looking for organizations/businesses to partner with us for the Run for the Red 5K Run/Walk. Sponsorships start at $250 or make a donation. This year you will have the opportunity to promote your business the day of the run with a table. Last year we had over 260 participants! Lots of people to see your business/organization. We are getting ready to start planning the 3rd Annual Run for the Red!! THANK YOU TO EVERYONE WHO MADE THE 2nd Annual Run for the Red a SUCCESS!!! Thanks to all the runners, walkers, volunteers, Red Cross Staffers and Sponsors!!! It was a great day and we can't wait for next year! See you on March 24, 2012!! Here's hoping its a little warmer next year!!
