We require our clients to sign a permission waver before the investigation to share anything such as photos, data, possible evidence o

r location to be presented publicly on our website, Facebook or any other social media. We always respect our client's wishes to say yes or no.To hold their privacy. We like to get to know our clients so they feel comfortable with us being in their home or business. We will conduct a phone interview and will be touching base with you off and on until the investigation for any updates after your interview. May request certain information to prepare for the actual investigation. After an investigation we are basically a one stop shop. You will have answers the day of the investigation and we will cleanse and remove IF paranormal that same day. We have a new approach on handling situations and give you are best advice for future maintenance on you and your home. It doesn't end there, we let our clients know that we are there for them should they need anything. We keep files on all of our investigations and check in with our clients after investigations to see how they are doing. Most paranormal activity goes unreported because clients are under the assumption that "people will think they're crazy or losing their minds". We will never make such an accusation.
