As we wrap up 2025, our hearts are full of gratitude. Because of our generous donors and supporters, we were able to help several kids with new activities they wanted to try.

This year, martial arts was our most requested activity, helping build confidence, discipline, and strength. We also celebrated a special milestone with our first-ever request for pageant lessons. Super excited for this young lady!

None of this would be possible without your kindness, generosity, and belief in our mission. Thank you for supporting us and helping kids that have gone through cancer treatment be kids again.

We’re excited, hopeful, and ready for all that 2026 will bring! New opportunities and continued dedication.

We’ve been so blessed by all our donors over the years, especially such great and wonderful support from JRI Hospitality. We accepted a check for funds received via a giveback day they held for the benefit of Even Mermaids Get Leukemia. Every single dollar raised goes to help kids get back into a normal lifestyle after their cancer treatments. Thank you JRI!

I recently had the honor to be the first guest on the Known Through Connection podcast hosted by Jess Collicott. He was so kind to share my story and how it has led to me becoming an advocate for all children going through cancer. One of the most important messages I shared was how important blood donations are while going through chemo. I wouldn’t be here today without the generosity of those who take time to go and donate blood. I encourage you all to go listen to the episode and if you live in the Wichita area I would love to invite you to donate blood at my upcoming blood drive on July 26th at Maize United Methodist Church! 🩸
