Well look at who made worldwide Facebook!

It's Club Parkinson's very own coach, Dr. Katie!

She sat at the Round table with Dr. Crisoforo Comi 🇮🇹 (Italy) while discussing "Peripheral Immunity in Parkinson's". Dr. Comi is the European Union's Chair for Immunology and Parkinson's Disease...and here she is, connecting on a global stage!

This Memorial Day, we pause to remember and honor the lives of those we have lost, especially the members of our Club Parkinson’s community who are no longer with us.

Parkinson’s is more than a diagnosis; it is a journey that touches families, friendships, and entire communities. Today, we hold space for those who fought with strength, lived with resilience, and left a lasting impact on all of us.

We honor their stories, their courage, and the moments we shared. Their presence continues to shape our mission and remind us why this work matters.

We carry them with us in every class, every conversation, and every step forward.

Mental health matters and community can make a difference.

The Empowerment Group at Club Parkinson’s creates a space where members and caregivers can connect, share experiences, and support one another. Building community is a powerful way to improve mental health and feel less alone in the journey.

Join us every Friday and be part of a group that understands and uplifts.

Movement looks different for everyone and sometimes, the water makes all the difference!

The Club Parkinson’s Aquatics Class uses the natural buoyancy of water to support balance and posture, allowing participants to safely work on range of motion and strength in ways that may not be possible on land.

Whether you're a current member or thinking about joining, come see how the aquatics class can benefit you.

Congratulations to Our Wichita State Graduates! 🎓💛🖤

Please join us in congratulating two of our amazing Club Parkinson’s staff members, Nida, our Program Coordinator, and Gaby, our Member Services Coordinator, on graduating from Wichita State University this weekend!

We are tremendously proud of both of them for their hard work, dedication, and growth. Earning a degree is a huge accomplishment on its own, but doing so while also juggling their roles here at Club Parkinson’s makes it even more special.

Wichita State University is not only where they have grown as students, but it is also where Club Parkinson’s calls home, making this milestone even more meaningful to us! 💙💚

Nida and Gaby, we are so proud of you and grateful to have you as part of our team. Please join us in celebrating and congratulating them on this exciting achievement! 🎉👏

This , we’re sharing why cooking matters. For individuals living with Parkinson’s, cooking can support independence, stimulate the mind, and bring joy to everyday routines.

We’re excited to announce that we’ll soon be featuring recipes directly from our Club Parkinson’s members (straight from their own kitchens).

Living with Parkinson’s can impact mental health, but connection and care can make a difference.

With 50% experiencing depression and 40% experiencing anxiety, it’s important to prioritize your well-being.

Stay active, get rest, nourish your body, seek professional support, and lean on your community.

Together, we can support both body and mind.
