Description-
He had robbed an 80 yr woman. The woman who was his neighbor, they shared a basement. He had helped himself to her stuff.
He also tricked an individual into pawning some of the items he stole. Pocketed a couple $100 for it.
Also he goes around, lying about how he is an Ex. Navy Veteran, tricking businesses to get a discount.
He is known to rob Walmarts, Lowe's, and Home Depot. Imagine he does others.
He had robbed tools from the west side of Wichita. Including an apartment complex. Which had made a report about it.
He is mentally disabled, he drives while popping Xanax, which had caused him to do a hit and run back in January. They had caught him on that one. But who's to know, that he would drive while popping Xanax again.
He pretends to be a friend, influences you to do bad, then he turns on you. Involves law, DCF, State in any way just to f**k your life up. He is untrustworthy.
