Renovations have begun for Derby's newest shopping & dining district! 🥂🍔🍳🍦 Phase one includes The Henhouse (breakfast & smash burgers), The Social (a craft cocktail bar), and The Creamery (homemade ice cream). All of this will be neighboring The COOP Coffee House & Cooperative Bakery which is Brant Dumford's first development in Derby. Opening late spring or early summer if all goes according to plans! 🎉

COMING SOON! We have our restaurant and bar lined up and are seeking a local entrepreneur interested in opening a creamery! There is also a small strip offering 1-month leases for pop-up shops.

The courtyard has plenty of outdoor seating, yard games, and will be perfect for live music and events. We're excited to launch in January 2024!

We're building a shopping and dining village on K15 just north of The COOP and Coffee House. Derby Market Square will feature a creamery serving house made ice creams, an upscale bar serving unique cocktails, a restaurant that will serve both brunch and dinner, and a small strip hosting pop-up shops.
