The district is searching for a new superintendent. Take a moment to read about who the board is considering for the role. We wish all the candidates the best of luck.

The Kansas Association of School Boards (KASB), in coordination with Haysville USD 261, is interviewing candidates for the superintendent position. As part of the USD 261 Board of Education’s superintendent search process, finalist candidates will be introduced to the Haysville community.

Last night, the Haysville Public Schools Board of Education recognized the volunteers and the foundation's board. We can't thank this amazing group of volunteers enough for their dedication to putting together November's Barn Bash. Thanks to their efforts, financial barriers are reduced, and meaningful learning opportunities are expanded for students throughout the district.

Again, thank you!

Last night, at our January Board of Education Meeting, this group of outstanding individuals was honored with a award!

These amazing volunteers helped with our recent Barn Bash supporting students and educators across USD 261. These volunteers generously give their time and talents before, during, and after the event, handling planning, setup, guest experience, auctions, and logistics with professionalism and heart. Their commitment reflects the very best of our community with collaboration, service, and an unwavering focus on student success.

Christy Arneson, Sarah Lopez, Jessica Atherton, Misty Mockry, Jennifer Jones, Brooke Ward, Debbie Coleman, Susan Walston, Trinidy Boes, Bret Long, Gina Lee, B.J. Knudson, Todd Bush, and Grant Stranathan, and Adia Ludwig, thank you to each and every one of you for all of your hard work, time, dedication, and support to our district!
