ICT Farms

Thank you to all the volunteers who made it out yesterday to help us get started on our seed storage and starting spaces.

Although we didn't get pictures of everyone, we were happy to see familar faces and make new friends!

We have been told we are catching the attention of a variety of people and organizations in our area. Fantastic! This is a great time to find your place with ICT Farms, as a volunteer, Bord Member, supporter, etc. Let's grow!

For those who might see this reel and think 'that's pretty amateur!' you would be right. This is our way of giving a little shout out to those paying attention, and in a world full of AI copycats, we like to be original, flaws and all. We want the attention on the work and people.

If you want to help us make better videos, graphics, take better pictures, etc...even better! Join us!

Let's Grow!

The Nominating Process for the ICT Farms Board of Directors and Committee Members is currently underway and you are invited to check us out!

ICT Farms stands in the gaps to help develop neighborhood based food systems through educational programming, addressing local food insecurity needs, providing resources to local food based entreprenuers, and encouraging physical health and mental wellbeing for everyone in the community.

Would you make a great addition to one of the most unique grassroots organizations in Sedgwick County?

To learn more about our organization, visit www. ICTFarms.com and check out our social media on Facebook, TikTok, and Instagram ICT Farms

Now that we have opened up the doors in our new place, its time to make it into our ICT Farms home!

We will be posting new information regarding upcoming work days for both inside the property and outside on the farm.

We will also be asking the community for help securing materials and donations for setting up our spaces that includes grow spaces, classrooms, food preservation areas and more!

Attached is a culmination of draft ideas of some from volunteers that we put together over the last few months.

This new location will help ICT Farms continue to stand in the gaps in creating stronger local food systems. Allowing existing and new producers to take nutritional food from farm to market in a variety of programs and ways. All those details to come!

We are excited to continue to see the vision grow and hope you will join us in making it a reality!

Didn't get a lot of great pictures and not of everyone who made it out today, however, more images and plans for the spaces will be published soon!
